Hi!

I'm currently collecting items for an RBO I'm attempting. Got a few questions.

When I'm ready for Lower Norfair, I'll have:

10 Energy Tanks
2 Reserves
150-ish Missiles
30 Supers
35-ish Power Bombs

That's pretty much everything I can get without crazy glitches. Is it worth it to get more E-tanks or Supers? Are the items in the Wrecked Ship there with the power off? How difficult is the bluesuit > snail room Supers thing?

I'd really like to get the Space Jump. How do I grab it without getting stuck in Draygon's room? I've seen that morph/unmorph Grapple glitch, but I'm not sure how it works.

Almost happy
Well if you kill Draygon to get Space Jump it's no longer a RBO is it?

I think what you have should be plenty. A suggestion would be to go pick up Screw Attack before heading to Ridley, there's a recharge station right beside it and it should make the rest of LN a bit easier. It could be frustrating to bombjump up from there but as the recharge station is right by there's not really any risk for failure.

EDIT: I just realized you probably didn't mean getting Space Jump before LN but just getting it at all. I don't know, without using the X-ray climb I'm not sure there's a way to get it, because I'm pretty sure getting out of Draygons pit with grapple is a TAS only kind of thing, but you don't really need it for anything after Maridia anyway I think.
Yeah, I'll definitely grab Screw Attack. Guess I can live without Space Jump though.

Maridia surprised me a little. Climbing frozen crabs and fighting Botwoon is kinda fun.
Ridley and Draygon beaten, Space Jump acquired. So happy. ^_^

Ridley was a damn tough. I went in with 30 Supers, full Energy Tanks but no reserves (Crystal Flashed outside, then farmed 5 Supers). Gotta say though, it was really satisfying. I'm kinda sick of Ridley being a pushover, even in hacks, and this was a nice change.

The Screw Attack is my new favorite item. It was just so immensely useful that I couldn't imagine doing LN without it.

The X-ray climb out of Draygon's area was much easier than I thought it'd be. Got my Space Jump, Plasma Beam, and I'm ready to go to Phantoon.

I wonder how much easier a suitless run would be?

Well you could have at least another 2 E-tanks, 10 supers as well as Plasma and space jump for LN, so it should be a lot easier.
