Glad to hear thing are working out this time. You'll probably get a laugh from the moments of fail I left in there since they don't impact things too much, but otherwise I think it's a pretty solid run. Kinda proud of my Draygon fight since I didn't use the grapple kill or SB kill but still took him down in I think my fastest time ever while fighting him normally. Not sure how much detail you'll go into with the boss battles in the guide but I'd assume they'll have a place in there so I tried to fight them all pretty quick. (Threw in the Phantoon super missile bit as well just in case you wanted to mention what NOT to do in his case.)

Anyway, let me know if something comes up while you're doing this.
Super Secret Area - Dead Ahead!
As far as NOT using Supers on Phantoon goes, it may be worth noting that it's perfectly safe to do so in the PAL version, as his fireballs arc differently, and you can simply roll from one side of the screen to the other to avoid them. Cool
I could (if no one else offers) do a written zero mission 100% guide (no sequence brakes though, I prefer the old days when we did it all in order).
What'd you say?
Please feel free to use my Metroid guide as a reference if you'd like:

They taste best with salt
The phantoon super missile thing is avoidable using charge beam (pseudo screw attack), so it's safe in any version of the game that I know of. Also, when is this whole thing expected to be finished? I just might get a copy.
Do you have any preferences on how the zero mission guide looks?
Im (if anyone cares) only at the start of the zero suit part with only the item roundup and chozodia part left.
I think this is taking me way to long (i am only partway through the item roundup). If anyone else offers you a zero mission guide you can accept it (i am still going to work on it).
Yol dok, Dovahkiin.
Looks like it's been two months since anyone posted here.

So you want detailed instructions on how to complete all the Metroid games chronologically, with the best time and 100% items?

I will work on that (with the aid of some nice tools I found) and record it in Fusion. I'd love to be a part of this.

I like Big Butts and I can not lie
For Fusion, I conveniently have my old emulator movies for Bouncing Omega Metroid, BOX escape trick, Float Glitch, Floating Omega Metroid, SA-X Shinespark, Secret Message, Sidehopper Glitch, TRO trap, XBOX spark (never been done in realtime?), Zazabi Room Top, all of those videos are done tool-assisted though, but should be ok for some screenshots.  Probably the most major tricks in Fusion are the three of the five early power bombs that can be done in realtime (Main Deck, SRX and ARC crumble block room).

I also have movies of the three methods of the Zebetite Skip in Super Metroid (realtime)
i've done the box ii spark in real time. who's gotten the srx power bombs in real time?

Oh I thought it was trivial... never mind, it's even worse than the bob-skip
it's probably easier to do than bob skip, but i still never managed it

Well it seems to only have 1 frame's give, maybe 2 if you can charge the shine a couple pixels closer to the edge
it's not worth trying anyway lol
