Yes, Golden Torizo has been killed before by a few people in a way in which Missiles exclusively did all of the needed damage to Golden Torizo (for the purpose of completing a puzzle among these puzzles: https://wiki.supermetroid.run/Puzzles ). He is vulnerable for Missiles during his stare when he fires (harmless) explosion sprites to the floor in front of him to shortly afterwards let fireballs rise up from the ground or while Golden Torizo is holding a Super Missile projectile or while crouching onto the ground, but not under normal circumstances or when he releases birds from his belly or on his back while he's throwing yellow beams.
