i say metconst needs a section like this (as far as i know, they dont have a thread like this)
I totally don't understand the indexing of MetCon.  If hacks are the topic of your entire forum, I would think that it would be organized in a manner that's more specific than it is here:  now playing and general.  I haven't been there in a while, maybe it has changed.
The indexing is as simple as can be. Is it about a Super Metroid hack? It goes in Super Metroid.

We simply haven't had any new major hack releases yet, so all we have are all Development threads instead of "Release/Playing" threads.

Also, for great justice.

It's under the Miscellaneous section.

[see post below]

What do you think about this?
Super Secret Area - Dead Ahead!
I think it's misnamed, and some people might not know to remove the 1 on the end. Razz

As for the beam: It looks fine, but seems VERY short.  So much so that you'll almost be on top of enemies before it'll hit.
Quietus
Yeah, that's what I want to do: make Samus very vulnarable and helpless vithout Long Beam as it was in Metroid 1. By the way, the length of beam's flight in M1 is even shorter than this.

And normal charged shot can almost reach a ceiling in horizontal rooms.

Anothing thing I've done: the more big and powerful shot is then the longer life it has without Long Beam upgrade.
Power, Ice and Wave shot: 4 blocks
Spazer: 5 blocks
Plasma: 6 blocks

Charged Power, Ice and Wave shot: 6 blocks
Chagred Spazer: 8 blocks
Charged Plasma and Hyper: 10 blocks.

As for the movie, I forgot that I can attach big files...
Now it's attached with correct extension =)

Wut... do you guys think about black and white super metroid?
What'd you say?
Blarget, how dare you necrobump topics! The last post is almost 5 months old! Lol.

But seriously, I like it, except for the numbers on the HUD.
Yoshi is back
He can Fix it. Just go in Palette and The Navy blue for the HUD before just paint it differently.
What'd you say?
This topic needs some real love:

Oh my fuck, You crack me up.
What'd you say?
Jesus, I have high speed internet and your pictures took me forever to load >.<

Landing site: Top left floating platform, there are two BTS errors on the right end, and then above those errors, there is another one on that ceiling.

Picture 3 (Maridia): You have some pointless square BTS at the bottom of the room.

Picture 4 (Maridia 2): You have more pointless BTS, only one error, straight down the top shaft from the top door, when it veers right, on the ceiling, your missing BTS on that slope.

Picture 5 (Maridia 3): More pointless BTS, 2 error spots: the shaft on the right, at the top left of it, your missing BTS on that corner, and to the right of that metal pipe, where the tunnel opens up to go to the bottom item, there is a missing BTS on the slope on the ceiling.
