Gold tokens

I've finished MP3 on Veteran with 100% and during the play time I got many gold tokens for bosses etc. I read on the internet that while playing on Normal difficulty I can achieve other golden tokens. So I started game again yesterday on Normal and found out that beating bosses doesn't give me the tickets. I have a few of them, but much more is required to buy everything from extras. How can I get more gold tokens? Thanks for help...

Try playing Hypermode. As far as I remember, you get the tokens for getting past the bosses/events on Normal/Veteran, and then again on Hypermode.

I will, but I'm curious why I don't get any after boss on Normal. Maybe I should've been playing on Normal for the first time...

Like I said, I think you only get one token for the boss or event if you're playing on Normal OR Veteran difficulty. You can play either difficulty and get a single token for that specific place in the game regardless of which difficulty you're playing. I think the only other time you can get a token for the bosses or events is by playing through on Hypermode. That's what I did and the only Gold Token I still need to get to unlock everything is from a Red Phaazoid I missed.

It's weird that they have it this way, but I'm guessing it may be due to the fact that we got Normal and Veteran to begin with and had to unlock Hypermode.

Yeah, you're probably right. I was afraid that I wouldn't purchase all stuff from extras. In many walkthroughs it is written that on Veteran another token is available for bosses etc, but they're wrong looking at your reply. So if I understood correctly, to buy everything I have to make all scans (I always do in MPs), beat the game on all difficulties etc. Will any token remain if I menage to buy all bonuses?

I'm actually working on my Hypermode run right now. I played Normal and then veteran, now hypermode so I can verify that yes you only get 1 gold token for Normal+Veteran and then another gold token for Hypermode.

Yes you will have a few friend tokens left after you buy all the extras(only requires 15 tokens but I think there are 19 possible). I don't think you'll have any others left though. Again I'm still working on my hypermode run so I can't verify that yet.

I have another question. In some walkthroughs it is written that gold token is attainable for avoiding Meta Ridley's hits while in Morph Ball tunel, and some claim that a Friend Voucher is a reward for that. Which is true?

Good, so I don't need to do that. I am a little bit afraid of mission with 12 soldiers. Last time on Veteran only 5 of them survived, I hope on normal it's much easier.
