I tried an ace attorney game once. I didn't really see the fun in it, it was very easy to just guess. From what I remember there is no penalty for saying "objection!" to everything the other guy says. If it turns out the other guy is telling the truth, then it just continues. If it turns out he was lying or whatever then the game just plays the rest for you.
But maybe I just didn't ~get~ it.

I'm thinking about getting a ps3 again. Been really itching to play some demons souls & dark souls.

I've only played Uncharted 3, but I've seen LPs of the two earlier games. Needless to say, I want the older two, especially Among Thieves.

Drake's Fortune only gets really good towards the end whereas I felt Among Thieves kept me interested all the way through. Haven't played the newest one yet.
