yeah you've got a point there. i mean, it has physics per se but they're just part of the game, something you do in it. an effect, if you will. they don't elicit true choice as any proper game would.
Does that have any connection to the game's story or mechanics or is it just some random comment at the end? I'd assume there's a reason but I don't know anything about the game at all really other it than being a shooter of some sort if I remember correctly.
