3 left to go in Ultra Moon and then I'll get the other 4 once I get Ultra Sun (and the shiny charm again)

Oh did they add a thing to make getting shiny pokemon actually sort of reasonable? Having encountered exactly one shiny ever I can't imagine trying to actively collect them without something lie that. 100%ing Minish Cap was plenty of "tedious video game task" for me.

I hunted one back in Platinum with the radar method and one in X/Y via breeding. Especially the last one took foreeeever

That should never happen in modern Pokemon with False Swipe and such, just spamming balls without weakening is also pretty efficient

Stationary legendaries have the fixed chance of 1/8xxx to be shiny iirc.

In newer games these Pokemon can't even be shiny at all I think.

No clue but talking to the stationary and resetting sounds way more bearably mindless than having to actually pay attention to the game while you breed thousands of eggs

All for a color swap that increases the length of the battle entry animation lol

After I get the shiny ultra beasts I was planning on shiny hunting the legendaries. Except for Entei cause i already caught that >.>

As of Gen 6 the odds of a shiny is 1/4096 (3/4096 with the shiny charm). It used to be 1/8192

Currently shiny hunting Palkia. Was looking for Guzzlord but ran into Palkia and Palkia is one of my favorite legendaries

My friends think I'm crazy for trying to shiny hunt Celebi in Pokemon Crystal. But I'm on a mission to get a shiny of every Pokemon that isn't shiny locked........maybe I am crazy
