Super Metroid really doesn't need a remake though. It still holds up today in absolutely every aspect. Metroid II is still the only one that it makes sense to remake.
Can't really argue with its not needing a remake, just saying Nintendo has a really easy almost zero-risk "in" to revive the franchise by remaking the one everyone already knows is great. No one's actually played RoS.
Fsa just wasn't any good for a single player. The game (and this new one) appear to be mainly focused on the multiplayer experience, which is something I'm really not interested in.
i've heard this time they designed it with both single-player and 3-player in mind. playing single is supposedly just as fun but dunno, that's just from what i've read
I kinda can't believe it's free. People would have paid for it.
IIRC some alternate character DLCs were part of the promises they made during their kickstarter, so that's why it's free I think. Still very cool. The game is good enough that I would have gotten the DLC even if it wasn't free.

I hope you're right. The trailers show nothing but multiplayer.
just watched the new trailer for triforce heroes and it looks pretty cool. i can only assume the ai will be good, so i'll def be picking it up. i could play 3d puzzle adventure games all day lol
Ha, if you buy SMM tomorrow, there's already an update patch that removes the 9-day locking system so you won't have to change the date on your wii u. I guess they realized it was a stupid idea?
yeah Nintendo is fucking retarded in regards to youtube. It's like how they were removing videos of people who uploaded videos of Super Mario Maker... after Nintendo themselves sent them review copies. Like, what the fuck?
