I haven't used my Vita for anything but PS4 remote play since finishing Takes of Hearts, and even then I do that as little as possible because Vita remote play is shit for most games.

Not that the Vita is bad. There's just so little games for it, it's hard to find excuses to boot it up.

yeah, after Sony was calling it a "legacy platform", pretty much everyone accepted that it was the final nail in the coffin. The system was already dead for a couple years now, but it did have a few gems for sure.

For $90 though that's a good price, but I don't think anyone would be willing to pay $250+ for a system like that.

Uncharted is supposed to be good, and Persona 4 Golden is phenomenal. Other than that.... Yeah. Not much that I would miss if I didn't have it.

Persona 3 is worth it, just make sure it's FES or P3P and not the original version, because that's completely obsolete.

Although, you could easily play 4 before 3. Aside from some meaningless cameos and refrences the two don't connect at all and 4 will spoil nothing about 3. They don't for real connect until Persona 4 Arena, which if you plan to play you need to beat both first because it spoils them to hell and back.

And while I'm at it, if you do plan to play P4A, get Ultimax and then get the DLC of the first game's story mode, because that makes the first game completely obsolete.

They already announced it. It's just straight ports of MM 1-6 with a couple extras like concept art and a challenge mode. Looks beyond lame to me.

The only thing I don't like about kickstarter is when in-game, playable content is restricted to backers with high amounts. Yeah, if you want to make outfits a bonus, go for it, or if you want to offer other bonuses like a map or something, but playable levels or bosses should be available to all, even if the backers have it as a timed exclusive.

usually it's just simply tweaking an ini or getting a cracked code to unlock, but I do agree that you shouldn't have to resort to those means to access that content. Physical merchandise and getting your face in the game or getting to design a boss should be enough, but exclusive game content seems kinda greedy.

I have the mm anniversary disc on gcn.  I read the announcement for Legacy Collection yesterday. What exactly do they mean when they say it's 8-bit style with HD flair ?

Basically it will look clean on an HDTV, whereas if you played the old Anniversary Collection on one it would be fuzzy, like any other game on a pre-HD system.

Of course games were never that clear on CRTVs either so your mileage may vary on how important that is.
