Bumped into this, no idea how this was caused (when credits start, jump to the end of credits):

On the subject of those extra videos, the missile expansion crash has happened to me on PAL before, and it always happens if you grab the missile when not in spider, easy enough to avoid

Ooops bad wording, the crash is only possible to occur when not using spider to collect the missile, if you use spider it will never happen, but it will sometimes happen if you don't.

I'm still tired from ESA so my flow of thought isn't quite back yet :P
