I can open these pages in IE and they look fine, but when I open any of the pages that have css pages it doesn't look the same. The tables on the left are all expanded to begin with and it's all black text on white background. And the main text of the page is at the bottom rather than to the right of the tables. What am I doing wrong and how can I fix it?

do an in-page find for "clear cookie" (ctrl+f or command+f on a mac) and hit that link. then close all copies of your browser and open it again.

I'm having the same problem, i clicked on the link that says clear cookie than i closed all my browsers than went back to metroid2002.com and it's still not working like it did on exploror.

try manually clearing your cookies by going into the firefox settings.
