Wow me too! I found it was the best.
I find Metroid Fusion soundtracks all great btw, too bad the poll cannot show all the musics.

The one I like the most is actually the intro narration music: When Samus first tells you what happened to her. I believe it's the same one that plays in Sector 1 when you go down there for the first time. So that's my vote.

The SA-X themes (Non-battle/chase music). That music had to be one of the best in fusion.

Underwater Theme for me, although some of the environmental music was pretty good, too.

Mister ...
Fighting Ridley, and Also the Spider thing.  And escaping BSL Station, though that's practically the same as Ridley's theme.

The SA-X when you encounter it, has a crappy ass theme.

Yeah, I rather liked that one, and wanted to hear it on the soundtrack; it's a bit unusual for a boss theme.  It's a bit bare without all the battle sounds, though. 

I liked TRO's music as well.  I'm having a hard time remembering offhand what the other sectors' are, besides PYR and ARC, neither of which I care for much.  ARC especially I get very rapidly tired of, with its overdone rubato and very short repeat.
