Fastest 22% route?

I'm starting a normal 22% speed run.

What is the fastest route?

I'm saved at the first landing site of Norion with 11 mins on the clock. Is this good? (It's higher that i expected.)

I used the two speed tricks (SSJ in the second room to bypass lowering the ramps, skipping Ghor's scan) then got a one round Berserker lord fight.

I know that its faster to fly back to docking hub alpha after powering the first generator, and skipping south jungle court, ect.

Could someone give me a list of stuff like this? E.g. when is the best time to collect grapple swing? Can the gap in hillside vista be cleared with a SSJ?

Any other tips for speed?

Check my WIP any% or craztad's test run for the best route. The only main difference for 22% is you won't be collecting any energy tanks/missile expansions. The runs use most of the currently known tricks, so if you follow them you should be fine.

I definitely recommend watching paraxade's run up to where it ends and not watch my first 14 segments cause paraxades uses much more up to date stuff. But ya after his segments just follow my run pretty closely minuce the expansions and be creative cause there are still a lot of tricks to find to make things faster. I might though, anything quick cheap and easy?

About grapple swing, I see paraxade (peroxide?) got it first thing, but is that the fastest time to get it? It isn't needed until skytown's ziplines right?

I can't remember which way is faster than the other in the grand scheme of things. If you can get to the Ship Missiles using the tricks needed to bypass the grapple points, then I'm fairly certain you don't need it until Elyssia like you said.
