Thread title:
There are power bomb blocks in the way.
OH DARN IT!!! ](*,) why does everything have to have PB blocks?
well time to test some more powerbomb tanks! Laughing
There was a topic a while back where people tore the escape sequence apart looking for powerbombs, even going the long way to crateria, so you should probably look elsewhere.
This was already posted before... Unfortunetely, although the spark is easily managable, there are Power Bomb blocks in the way. Sorry, but Nintendo did an A+ job of blocking out early PBs...
Trying to get powerbombs early in Zero Mission is like trying to get them early in Fusion. Worthless to even try.
I like Big Butts and I can not lie
Yeah but in M0M you get the power bombs from the power bomb pack whereas in fusion you don't

It's NOTHING AT ALL like early Peanut Butter in Fusion! AT ALL! In fusion, there are multiple expansions you can get before you can use them. In ZM you can't grab any early AT ALL! And there are actually impossible obstacles in place to make sure you can't get them early at all! The only one that LOOKS like it MIGHT be possible using uber trickses is indeed impossible. No bomb jumping under lava, no place to charge a shine any place even close (not even sure you can keep the charge under lava), and underlava side-jumping is blocked by the step-like ceiling. Before you get far enough in, you've already loss a lot of height.

At least Fusion had some damn hard shinesparks to make it possible, even if useless. ZM has NOTHING.
I meant the general idea is the same. It's pointless to try in both.

This is the reason I don't like you, man. Your attitude is so negative, you tell people they're stupid for trying. It's ridiculous to say something like that.

Not to mention that there is at least some point in searching for early Peanut Butter and even grabbing the useless tanks. Hell, someone might even discover that it's FASTER to get the Main Deck PB tank early. You go ahead and roll your eyes to yourself, but don't hate on those just because they're looking for more tricks. It's been over a decade since Super's been out, and people are STILL finding more breaks in it.

Although I agree it is pretty lame that he didn't see the other recent topic concerning this before posting it.
I wasn't insulting anyone, I was just saying Nintendo really did a good job making the power bombs unobtainable early on. If anyone finds a power bomb tank that can be obtained early, I'll be surprised. I'm sorry I sounded negative, I wasn't.

Besides, if people could get powerbomb tanks early, they could do things like skip the stealth section and activate unknown objects before you're supposed to.
