Embarrasing Fact: Power suit made by lowest bidder
I reached into my closet today and grabbed a shirt to wear.
I then realized that I had a dream last night were I was wearing that same exact shirt and was embarrassed for some reason because of wearing it (can't remember why though). <_<
And yes, I'm going to wear it anyways.
hmmmm. wonder if there was a reason why.
Embarrasing Fact: Power suit made by lowest bidder
pretty sure there was in the dream, but with how I remember things I really can't figure out why.
Are you wearing it often or is it very rare?

Somehow this reminded me of something my mother had experienced. That is scary:

The situation:
My grandmother was already dead and my mother wanted to visit her grave next day.

During the night before the visit my mother had a dream.
She watched a shoe coming from heaven above. It looked like someone has blared out a threat,
like someone threatened my grandmother with the shoe. Now guess what my mother saw on the grave
when she visited it the following day. There was a shoe.

Just a huge coincidence? Possible but Whatever it is, my mother took it surprisingly easy.
Embarrasing Fact: Power suit made by lowest bidder
I have as much chance of wearing it as any of my other shirts. Especially as I just washed my shirts a few days ago and so have a full closet.
I've run into far stranger coincidences so it's pretty easy to shrug off.

Trying to get somewhere through an open forest with people I can't put names to. The trees were so big it felt like I was the size of a squirrel. I jumped up mushrooms and played in these elaborate organic playgrounds on the surface. I was finding important artifacts and power ups under the dirt and sand. Once we got somewhere, it was a liquor store in the middle of the woods (I'm trying to quit drinking). There was a 2 headed deer at the top trying to eat moss off the roof. There was also a massive hole in the ground by the store just filled to the brim with corpses.

Inside things changed around, was more of a grocer/liquor store/office. For some reason me and my unknown company started to kill people we saw. Throwing cans at their heads, bashing their faces in with blunt objects. It was a kill streak. After all the killing I started to get horny so me and my gf (who was also murdering people in the aisles) just started fucking in random places but no place seemed good enough. The floor would be too slippery, the shelf too creaky.

I realized that it was past 11 so I couldn't get booze. I guess it was symbolic, I was in a liquor store but the option to get some was gone. Why? I was too busy taking my withdrawal out subconsciously by killing around a dozen people and fucking like a rabbit. Gotta love dreaming.
for some reason me and mike uyama were assembling these massive space shuttle models. each srb was maybe twice as tall as me, made of plastic, and pretty flexible - each segment fit loosely in the next. the parts were old and not guaranteed to be painted or anything. not necessarily painted like the real thing, but not guaranteed to be painted to look like the real thing. but that didn't seem to matter for what we were doing.

we got a few done but one day we realized that we'd forgotten to buy an external tank and there wasn't one around, so i had to go on google and try to find one. i typed in external tank but that just brought up wikipedia about the real ones.

i guess i'm not a person who normally thinks of dreams as symbolic but if you know what i do with mike normally this seems pretty hard not to classify as symbolic in some way. of course it's not but it's fun to think about it anyway.
sounds pretty gay to me.

Is segment a keyword?

that actually didn't even hit me until later.
it's a sign that i need to work on my single-segment.

Recurring dream-within-a-story-within-a-dream-within-a-story. Which was actually all apparently a dream of mine after all. That was a doozy. It also all played out perfectly as a story, to the point you could actually do this with a crowd or something. You'd need a bunch of queued movie clips or a slide show or something though for the best effect. And I guess the last plot-twist would be a little impossible to pull off but yeah.
How to start. Okay, first off it seemed like a dream of a relatively young child who missed the bus home after school or something and had to walk instead. Except, it was a good long distance to home and he'd never actually made the whole trip before. As you'd expect he got lost and his own cell-phone died. All he had to help him get home was a map he could hardly make out that was on a tag on his t-shirt.
Along the way home though, he ran into another, younger child, who had a cell-phone that actually worked. By this time it was dark and raining, both of them were trying to keep their things dry. For one reason or another (I don't actually remember it though) the younger child decided to go with the other one to help him get home.
After a while it became really apparent that there was something really off about the younger child. He was unable to carry any significant amount of stuff, other people ignored him entirely, he had no real objectives of his own, and he carried a few unopened pieces of mail with him. Eventually he asked the older child to open it for him, I think. I'm not actually sure what happened the first rendition. Anyways, contents told, surprise-surprise, the younger child was actually dead, and something about his father I can't remember at all now. Again, I don't remember what happened the first rendition, the older child may have told the younger child about it or may have lied, if he told the truth the younger child would have a hard time accepting it at first, but would then grow up a little and move on (for lack of a better description).
The younger child's cell phone was used a few times sometime after that point (interesting note: If the younger child knew he was a ghost (the word ghost was never mentioned in the whole thing, I don't think. Not by one of the characters at least), he would admit that he could hear what was said on the phone even though it was the older child using it (I think the younger child actually couldn't use it, but I can't remember for sure)). The older child's father gave him a few tips on how to get home (not sure why he didn't drive, though I guess it's possible the father didn't have a car), and some police also talked to him a few times similarly (they were perfectly nice police - helped him get home, talked to him about the letter, encouraged him). They knew about the younger child - it was his cell phone after all - and I think they even knew he was a ghost. At least, in some renditions they did.
As I mentioned, the whole above section happened multiple times. As far as I could tell, there was an 'invisible' audience and narrator (they never visually appeared in the story, but could be heard talking in/about it at times) - the narrator told most of the events, and the audience was able to play the part of the older child. They replayed the scenario several times, trying to improve how things worked out. (For the record, the whole above part played mechanically like most of my dreams. There were things that were horribly out of place but were typically seen in my dreams. I don't think I've ever dreamed of anything comparable to everything else, starting with the narrator/audience, and all those details played out flawlessly) Eventually, the older child got to a place he recognized and knew he could reach home from even if he didn't have anyone/anything helping him. He got one last call at the police at this point.
[PLOT TWIST] The police revealed to him that the younger child wasn't real at all, even as a ghost. The older child had been imagining him from the (real) mail he had found with the child's (real) cell phone. That's why only he could see the child, that's why the child couldn't actually carry any significant amount of stuff (the older child was actually carrying it), that's why even though the younger child was shocked at the his own death he'd be able to accept it (the older child already had). It was all just a bit of subconscious helping the older child get through his difficult situation. I'm not entirely sure if this part got replayed multiple times or not actually. I feel like I remember the above section being replayed after this section at one point, but that would make no sense from the audience's perspective and this whole dream actually made enough sense to the point where I'm having trouble overlooking that plot hole. But that's ok, because
[PLOT TWIST X2 COMBO] After the first section pre-plot-twist is replayed, this time the younger 'child' (who is actually a little bird this time. Or now. I'm not sure if it happened this whole scene or if the younger child just turned into a bird or something) confronts the older child when he reaches the place he can get home from. The older child had some mail of his own he picked up at the post office on the way home (this did happen in all renditions by the way. There are HORDES of details I'm forgetting here. The post office was located fairly close to the point the older child could find his own way home). One of those pieces of mail was... I want to say it was from his father though I'm not sure how that makes sense - from a logical stand point I want to say it was addressed to his father instead. But within it was evidence his father had been cheating on his mother. The older child only glanced at it real fast so not even the audience saw enough detail to figure it out. Anyways, the bird confronts the older child about some of the details on the letter, and forces him to realize the truth about what is going on, even the the older child doesn't want to actually face it. The screen begins to fade to white as the older child is brought face to face with this revelation, but hold on. Why is the focus on the bird and the older child fading out first?
[PLOT TWIST X3 COMBO] In reality, EVERYTHING was just a dream of a bird (the same bird I guess? That wasn't clear) working away in an office (wait a second. He didn't have hands, how could he be working in an office? This seriously just now occurred to me. Oh well, this section played out something like a slide-show of well-drawn cartoons. I don't want to say cartoons because that implies a certain art style - it was actually more a sort of really well drawn pastel crayon, but it was clear it wasn't realistic). What makes this a really good plot twist is that the bird had been visible in several, SEVERAL of the scenes before then. He's getting on on years and has a little trouble keeping up with things, so he dozed off while working. He reflects on the dream a little bit then moves on.
Cue credits, credits music, slide showing the bird talking with a fellow worker (who was also an animal but not a bird. I don't think he was a carnivore) about the dream and laughing, more credits. Stop film. Lights up.
Oh it's morni- WHAT KIND OF DREAM WAS THAT

I can't recall all the details but it went something like this.

I'm at my sister's house, I'm supposed to have a large paper bag of cherries and there is also a bag of apples.  Some fruit taquitos were to be made...  by me -I guess.  I waited around there for a while (I can't recall all that I did).  These taquitos had been put in the oven, and later they were supposed to be done.  But when the oven was opened -- it seemed like only 2 or 3 taquitos had not been burned to ash.  Those taquitos did not get any fruit put in them, so -just being empty/hollow shells- they burned up.

That was the gist of the dream.  This makes me think...  or worry about my spiritual walk.  This dream was related in a way to another dream about the same sister (I was in/around her neighborhood) and I was walking around at night not knowing where to go.  That made me feel like I was lost.  Matthew 7:16 talks about knowing someone by their fruit (how they act and live - if they produce good fruit then they're like a good tree), and there's another verse about a tree not bearing fruit and it was cursed.

I can confidently say I'm a bit worried about myself. :-/

fruit taquitos sound kinda nasty <.<
One shall stand, one shall ball.
I had a dream recently where I was hanging out with some chick I used to know, just doing nothing in particular and then suddenly while getting something to eat I found pita bread and then I ate all the pita bread ever in the world.

It ruled.

I'll assume you've never had any.  Sonic drive-in (used to?) have 'em, and they were alright.

Although, sometimes I think the word used to describe something in my dreams sometimes could have another meaning.  Ta-quit-os, almost sounds like To-quit-those.  So that could mean there's something I need to quit doing. Razz

Taquitos are those things with meat and cheese wrapped up in a tortilla right? In my mind I just substituted the meat with apples, and apple and cheese sounds nasty D: But I guess you could just remove the cheese, and it would be kinda like an apple pie but with a tortilla instead.

Well, last night I was doing speed tricks for a Donkey Kong Country game which involved death abuse....

Also, for some reason I was holding up a slice of tomato at the finish of a level so people could see.... >_>

Yesterday, after I got off work, I went to wal-mart.  Had my oil changed.  And bought a few things, one of those items being Whoppers malted milk balls (strawberry flavored).  When I was home I really didn't eat anything - except for snacking on the candy.  And I think this may have influenced part of my dream.

Okay, the dream I had...  What I can recall right now.

I'm in a Burger-King, and I'm eating a Whopper.  It's a lot to eat, but I'm hungry.  When I'm half-way through it I look at it and see there are 2 beef patties.  I didn't remember ordering that, but I continue to eat.  I feel like I'm tired of eating it because there's so much, but I'm still hungry.  It seemed like I was with 2 other people that I don't know (hmm, a recurring theme?) and we leave the place.  On my way out I see a basket with a fried fish in it someone left.  I take a bite out of it and then walk out.

The next part I recall was as if I was in my Grandmother's trailer (a double wide), and I think it is Christmas, or maybe it's just at night.  (She always had a lot of dogs -mostly chihuahuas Razz ).  But this time there are a whole bunch of these little black kittens (like my own big black cat).  I pick them up and look at them.  They seem to be causing trouble, running around, hiding underneath chairs and the couch.  I was looking to see if one of them had a white spot on their chest (again, like my cat).  I was thinking it was a whole bunch of little Scratchys (that's my cat's name). laugh new

There was one animal I picked up, it was a baby and very small too.  The closer I looked at it I could see that it was a chihuahua, but it was white and blue colored.

There was another part of the dream that involved my Dad, but I can't remember it.  But I will say this.  My Dad was nice enough to bring me something from Carlos O'Kelly (a Mexican Restaurant).  I wonder if I could smell that food while I was asleep - and that made me even more hungry? Razz
