it's a bit different ... you don't have to try to be aware that what you are seeing and hearing isn't real. sometime i really need to set up recording so i can speak aloud what all the voices are saying that i hear sometimes during that time.

I know Ark, it's just odd to see for me. It's the first time I've exerienced it. :P

nate: Most of the time I've managed to get a lucid dream intentionally is when falling asleep, but I think it's more because I get a chance to prep myself than it being a unique state

only reason it would be hard is i'm tired and the recording would have to be really sensitive to pick up me whispering or whatever.

heh yeah i get voices too. not sure if i'd be able to respond without totally becoming alert though ... and usually at that time i just want to go to sleep.

nah not respond, there's no point in responding. i just mean speak aloud what i hear so that i can listen to the recording and transcribe it later. i'm sure it's just random shit but it might be entertaining, who knows.

i've only ever had two lucid dreams when i was little. haven't gotten any lately.

i think when i converted the forum i accidentally set everyone to invisible, so everyone that isn't invisible either turned it off or registered since we moved to tf.

it's almost always voices for me. there's more, like a scene or something i'm doing, but it's always expressed in voices, which means supposedly if i hear it again later i can tell you more about it ... of course i don't know because i've never done it.

usually i feel more than i hear somehow. voices are there sometimes but it's usually sensual, something that's close to visual but not quite visual. hard to explain it.

I've had lucid dreams where I hear people in real life talking. The problem is I can rarely tell, and if I turn to pay attention to them suddenly I wake up >_<
