I use a game pad that is perfect for SNES emulation. It has shoulder buttons and everything. Very well worth it, though I wish the buttons were bigger and less stiff. And I wish it had an actual 4-way d-pad instead of a circular one that is too easy to press diagonally. But you get used to it, and it's way better than using a keyboard.
