I noticed that one scannable totem in SkyTown had the name "Ou-Qua" attached to it, and, as far as I know, that's the first Chozo name we've seen outside of the manga, which uses weird-ass things like Grey Voice and Old Bird.  Are there any others in Corruption?  Or even ones in Prime 1 I missed?  I know Echoes gave a variety of Luminoth names all in a similar format, and I'm curious if there's some formula to Chozo names or if Ou-Qua is just weird. >_>

Those are the names of the dynasty of the lizard people whose name escapes me. I do think there's another chozo statue with a name where you get screw attack though.

I always understood the manga names to be more like the kind of thing Samus came up for them as a kid, or at least "Old Bird" seems that way. I wouldn't take the manga as canon on that sort of thing if the games suggest otherwise anyway.

Well, I've heard a lot of people saying that the manga is canon, and even later on in the run, as Samus reaches adulthood, even other Chozo refer to each other by those names.  Besides, supposedly the manga is written by the series director, whereas the Prime games are done by a random studio in Texas.  They're basically just "fangames" in a way, albeit really awesome and high-budget ones.

Also, I found another one named Dryn.  Any more? >_>
