Watch Out! There's been some really rotten cheaters in Wi-Fi lately. I met one named Sexy Beast. I didn't notice until my 2nd match with him that he was a cheater. But I already added him to my Rivals.  He makes me so mad! He even used the Ultimate Power on me! Outside of Oubliette!

why would you add someone you dont want to play with to your rivals list?

The rivals list is for playing against people (along with people you have friend codes for) in Friends and Rivals mode.



Anyways, though I don't play that often, my last several games have been more or less clean. My problem with the online play isn't the cheaters(I really haven't run into that many, and those that have were simply exploiting map glitches and not using any actual hacks or cheats), its the people who disconnect.

I added him after my first battle and then during the 2nd Battle I saw him cheating. I then decided to delete him.

Get used to it.  Theres been plenty of hackers since the release of the AR.  I haven't really ran into many hackers lately though, but the last time I remember playing was back in May...

I have seen Wi-Fi Cheaters too and here is two name i perfectly remember:

I don't mind people who disconnect, in fact, I do it often, because of how unfair it is.  I just don't like it when people disconnect because they aren't doing well.  For example, some of my friends and I were playing Call of Duty 4, because one of them had it.  I started playing, and after a few days, they wouldn't let me play because I was too good!

its kind of pointless to point out cheaters on wifi at this point. The only thing that can be done (hopefully) is that nintendo will set up some kind of security like PunkBuster or VAC that will detect most forms of cheating and auto-ban them. Hopefully they've realized that even on a console, you need stuff like this.

Seriously, I don't understand why there are so many people loving this game(I really hope that IUniverse isn't reading this laugh new), cause, apart from the multiplayer(yes, it's the brightside of the game), and some cool Cutscenes(opening/ending if you killed Gorea 2, and the Seal Sphere cutsccene), the rest of the game pretty much falls apart imo.
I still prefer RoS over this one, and Fusion above both...
Well, imo, fusion is way above Corruption, so... laugh new

Hunters isn't my favorite of the series, but I had fun going through the single-player. It was just extremely underwhelming compared to other Metroid games to the point of disappointment, so I often say it sucks when I actually had a lot of fun with it. Still have only gone through it once, though.

That's one of the points... It looks cool in the beggining, but gets boring and, imo, has no replay value

Say that to our little Hunters sequence breaking topic.  I am actually working on some videos for Hunters tricks.  And CORRUPTION IS BETTER THAN FUSION!  AT LEAST IT HAS SEQUENCE BREAKING!  Yeah, I know, both of us in this topic who liked it had Corruption avatars.  But it has almost the best plot of all the Metroid games.  Next to Prime 1 and Super, it is my favorite game in the series.

Fusion has sequence breaking, too.  There are at least two early Energy Tanks, five early Missile Tanks, and three early Power Bomb Tanks on the Fusion page.  Then there's the alternate secret message, the TRO trap, and others.

I prefer echoes' one.
And corruption has the PED suit, wich is, imo, the ugliest suit samus ever had...
