Eesh... smilies feel so trite right now...

In case you didn't know, fires are raging all over Southren California. That's me. The fire... it's not likely it'll reach me, but it's not a distant possibility either. I'm sorta scared right now... Even if it doesn't come this way, I'm sure someone I know will be affected...

I just don't know... I think I can get through this.

EDIT: No response? This forum is truly dead... anyway, I'm fine, the fire didn't get close enough to me. No need to worry on my behalf.

there were brutal fires up here in alberta and BC in the summer to. unfortounetly, i was in danger. luckily, it never did reach me. can't say the same for my friends and family. my cousin had to evacuate his house twice, and my friends uncles house actually burnt down -.-. summer wasn't to fun. if you were caught in the forest, 500$ fine. if you were caught in the forest with matches, lighters or a fire, 5000$ fine x.X
the smoke is absolutely horrid too. i had to stay inside because of my athsma. i have very light athsma, and it was bad... i can only immagin what its like for those with severe athsma
