Oops i forgot to post this but heres ya go.

The other day i was screwing around with my time attack file.

I deciced to get powerbombs since i skiped it.

You know the room with the bomb blocks and the gate in the middle and on the other side a bunch more bomb blocks?

Well for some reason 3 of thoese bomb blocks survied my PowerBomb.

Im not joking i wished i could of taken a picture or something but my Digital Cam i screwed.

I can't figure out what you mean with your diagram, but I can tell you that power bombs don't break all the (normal) bomb blocks that usually go off in a chain when you use a normal bomb.  The first time I got the lower right Ridley missiles I used a power bomb at the top and only the closest bomb blocks vanished; I could then walk/jump on the rest without worrying about the crumble blocks below.
