So for those who might be interested, Nintendo of Europe just released Metroid Prime: Blast Ball, that multiplayer mode thing, for free on the European 3DS eShop. Might as well try it out, right?

Edit: Supposedly also up on US eShop so go wild!

Apparently there's a demo of regular Federation Force in there as well that you can unlock, so you can actually try the real game too and form an opinion based on actual gameplay and not just trailers!

What do you have to do for that? I couldn't stand BB for more than 10 minutes and Google tells me nothing.

What I heard about it on SA was "you unlock it by playing some blast ball and also it's really short" and "I'm seeing that the training is a demo for Fedaration Force". So that's as much as I know about that.

but hey it does look fun as a multiplayer thing. Too bad it's not on the console, I'd imagine the multiplayer would be way stronger there.

I kinda hate to admit it, but I had fun with blast ball, and the breif single player experience actually felt pretty good on the New 3DS, control worked well (def. better than the control on Hunters)
