I brought up one of my hacks to play in ZSNES the other day, and I tried to reload an old save state so I could see how far I made it the last time I played.  The state did not load, instead I got a message on screen that said:  'STATE 0 TOO OLD'

Do save states expire or something ????

It was more than likely made on an older (or newer) version of ZSNES
