Hmm...I'd buy Fusion but I'm gonna use that money for other games...I guess I'll see if my friend will loan it to me again. I must beat 1:51!

Yes. I've been thinking about doing a single-segment 100% and a single-segment 1%.

The latter one will be kind of tough. I'm hoping for sub-1 hour.

EDIT:

I forgot to mention. I think 0:49 is possible and that would probably be the lowest time that a human could achieve without savestates and stuff. My run is about a half minute away from 49 anyway. Getting 0:49 would probably require as much patience as Sess had with meltdown.

Does that mean you might try? Half a minute is better than 59 seconds.

I don't know if I'll be trying anytime soon. Even though it seemed like only a few days, I played nonstop most of them. Getting 49 would probably require a no-hit game with less saves than what I put in.

congratulations, wassup dawgs. i wish i had the time right now to look more in depth into your times, etc - i would love to compare them to sess's, but i guess i'll be able to do that and compare y'all's playing when i get your run in the mail. i tentatively agree that 0:49 is possible, but i think skipping saves would be even more difficult here than in, say, super metroid, due to adam and the constant elevator rides. such a shame.

and good luck with your further runs if you decide to continue before passing off the wt gbp.

Wow. Thats amazing. I doub't i'll be able to tie it, and i know i won't be able to beat it, but i can try :P . I cant wait for nate to put it up on the site, so i can see how you did it, and maybe i can mix some of my trix with yours, and get 50.

In 1 and a half day, I managed to get 13% :58.
Today I did a single segment :58, 16%.
When I get my precious ADSL back, and the run is online, I'm gonna check that :50. I just have to know how to improve further on my time.
