The site won't let me do crap to the avatar. The picture is 400 by 300 when it is 120x120. It says it can oly be gif, png, or some other one, but it won't let me upload eather my .gif with the bad quality or my .jpeg. And last it says that the files have to be under 20k and the images are 8k and the other is 18k. Whats wrong?

I could be wrong, but I think this is the problem. I don't remember the max size, but 120x120 sounds about right.

You have to upload it to your own website then link to it.

Just use something like www.photobucket.com or www.imageshack.com

No, you can upload a avatar. But it has to be in 120x120
