Apparent bug in Echoes logbook

According to my logbook, the nly scan I'm missing is a Luminoth lore scan calle 'The Ing Attack' which is located in the Path of Roots. I went there and scanned it, but it still isn't showing up in my logbook! I can't scan it again of course, because the portal has closed. Has something like this happened to anyone else? My only other idea is to double back and make sure I scanned all of the other ones in the particular category of lore: the Dark Age.

Are you playing a Wii version of the game? The scans have been shifted around in those releases.

Im playing trilogy version, and the online guides I have been using are for that version. Fortunately I found the missing scan, although it was NOT what my logbook said was missing, Weird, huh?

It WAS, however, in the same subcategory, so at least that narrowed it down a bit.

Hmm. Never happened to me before.
I've heard there are some different glitches in the trilogy version. Such as a glitch in the vault room; where you get the screw attack. The main morph ball bomb slot that makes the lasers fire to unlock it, people have stated that once they jump in the slot, they can't lay bombs. So therefore, they get stuck in the slot.

the cause of the glitch is getting hit by the rezbit's disable suit attack and doing a terminal fall afterwards before you reset the suit.

very weird to see such a glitch still possible.

I like turtles.

Of course it's still possible, along with, I believe, the camera glitch in Torvus Plaza. Retro spent all their time and effort removing sequence breaks instead of the glitches that were actually harmful.

That kinda happens when your parent company is rushing your game out the door. Nintendo is as much to blame for Echoes as Retro.

they stalled the trilogy release since mp1 for wii was ready since like end of 2008. makes them look even worse since it looks like they just youtubed videos to see what to remove instead of actually doing the testing process properly.
