I'm suprised that someone hasn't found this one yet. Pretty much useless, Just another method to access the missile tank room that shortcuts to Norfair. Requires bombs, obviously.

Not sure what the point of this is? You can just walljump and morph instead, assuming no power grip

I was thinking the same thing.  There's faster ways to get in there.  I don't even have a reason to go in there until I get the super to the left of it anyways.

Yes but that idea does clash with the idea of you being surprised that someone hadn't found it yet.  nobody was looking for it?

I suppose that this route could be used if you plan to get both missile tanks in the walls between blue and brown brinstar /and/ shortcut to Norfair. Walljumping and morphing could be practical, but I believe that if you're headed down anyways, a midair morph might save some time

That's true.  I'm always going up by the time I'm ready for that tank.
