It's that time again folks, the route for the latest (and in my opinion, greatest) Prime game is complete. For those who are wondering what the final percent comes out to be, it is a whopping "368%"! That's about three times more collectibles than the original Prime. And if you want to play through again to get the hyper gold credits, it's an even crazier "386%". I know that you could really just scan everything in the game in an earlier playthrough, and to follow this route, you'd have to watch all of the cutscenes, but hey, the cutscenes aren't all that bad, so you'll live through it. I also realize that you could just scan things, die, and then repeat the segment, doing it as quick as possible since the scans carry over after death. Either way, this route is a "legitimate" all items/scans/credits run.

So, click the link below for 21 pages of tips, tricks, breaks, and...... metroids as the quest to destroy the phazon finally comes to a close.

Oh, and I won't be doing Hunters, so if anyone wants it, they'll have to make it themselves.

lol when i read the title i thought your savefile got corrupted and you had to redo everything.

great job on mapping out a route for that. there's a lot of crap to collect and scan in this game and i bet that route will come handy for anyone who hasn't beaten the game with all scans already (i don't even remember if i got everything scanned. i definitely didn't get all gold tokens)

Oh, I also forgot to mention, this route also includes the strange extra red credit glitch. "What is it" you ask? Just read the route and find out. aiwebs_008

You dont bother to scan the Wall Jump Surface until just before you go to phaaze? There's plenty of chances to do so before that.
Anywhere, everywhere
I scan most things while the next room is loading so no time is lost, and that is about the only room where you can do that.

scanning doesnt prevent you from moving, you could just scan as you're moving toward any of the numerous wall jump walls, couldn't you?
Anywhere, everywhere
Boosting is faster than walking, and that surface seemed to be the best choice, as it costs literally no time and it is very easy to get. Unmorphing, scanning, and jumping is more complicated than just unmorphing and jumping, and it costs slightly more time. Also, keep in mind that this route is completely optimised, even though I spent many weeks on it.

Besides, is it really that big of a deal?

excuse my curiosity.
