Where in the game does it say that the Chozo created the metroids to keep the X parasite under control?  I probably skipped over it because I didn't want to read all of the stuff that the computer was saying or any of the intro.  Thanks.

i believe it was in the instruction booklet "it was recently discovered that the chozo created metroids to destroy the X virus on SR388"
thats from memory however.
