So I just realized you can unmorph jump through ceilings if you're directly beneath them. Just tried these last couple days and managed to skip Kraid and break into Tourian carrying nothing but morph, ice, and 75 missiles from Ridley. It's ridiculously difficult to freeze a rio in the right position, but I accidentally got hit in ball form after it unfroze and it knocked me high enough to unmorph jump through.
I'm considering recording the trick, but unfortunately, I don't have a dvr or a good computer. I'm gonna see if my friend can let me record on his computer. I've been intending to provide content for TSG, so I'm probably gonna upload a run there and cut out a clip from that.
In case anyone's interested, I've managed to get in like 3 times, so it's definitely doable, but if you're just interested in running through Tourian, here's a code: 109000 4000S0 9EGIqi 8000e4
It has Maru Mari, Ice Beam, 75 missiles (full capacity), Ridley defeated, leotard, both Tourian missile doors open, and starts in Tourian. Unfortunately, to get across statue bridge, you pretty much have to just die in the lava and start back in the beginning of Brinstar at 30 health.
