I can do speed runs. I can earn 100%, but I can't do a 100% speed run. Do you peaple have any tips or tricks to do that? This is the only Metroid game (besides Prime) where i can't do it; it really ticks me off.

Hopefully you can understand him now Xin.
Try watching a speed run.

Tip: Don't die. You'd regret it.

Also, plan your route carefully. I'm sure there are topics discussing the best 100% route on here somewhere.

and RT-55J, not everyone was born and raise knowing English. I was still able to comprehend what s/he was saying, even though his/her grammar wasn't all that great.
Tips:

Do Kraid first. This means Acid Worm w/o power grip. Get everything except 3 missile expansions.

Do everything in Norfair before heading to Ridley. Only things you should skip are the Power Bomb/Missile in the magma, and if you're playing on Normal then you can also skip the Super Missile/Missile in the room after the long room we all shinespark through (anyone have a link to a decent map?)

Clear Ridley completely. Don't screw up trying to get the nasty missile tanks in the lower left corner and the right side behind speed blocks.

Take advantage of the shinespark you can manage after Mother Brain dies.

Take any and all shortcuts in the stealth segment.

When backtracking after obtaining the Fully Powered suit get the remaining items in this order: Tourian, Kraid, Norfair, Crateria, then the one Power Bomb up near the Fully Powered suit.

Don't go too far out of your way for pickups unless you'll never go near that area.

Skip Varia. You shouldn't need it on either difficulty (Normal I speak from personal experience, I mentioned it to AJ for Hard but don't know if he tried it, and can't 100% confirm it)

...That reminds me, after you skip it and get the fully powered suit, is it still there? Has anybody checked? GO NOW!!! :P
It's not.
