Post preview:Looks like I'm supposed to be mixing the blue and red chemicals soon. I've still got the red stuff from way earlier with me, and the only container I*'ve so far found in the vicinity is one with the red stuff. Hopefully I won't have to backtrack to get the blue chemical.......

Post preview:Might be just my local Sparkasse though. My uncle goes to a Sparkasse in a neighboring city and they still the above thing where you can hand in lots of coins for free.

Post preview:Nice. My bank used to have a machine like that, only you had to hand your coins to an employee to put them in for you. It was free up until 500 coins or so.
These days you gotta go there, get them to hand you a bag for your coins, take it home, put coins in, and then pay 5€ regardless of how many coins you put in when you return them the bag full of coins. It's way too pricey.

Post preview:Oh god. The part in the lab where you have to combine some chemicals from a hardly visible container with those you got ages ago in the mansion.
I'm so glad I found this by randomly pressing the investigation button while running along a wall here. I was about to go back to the mansion and search that place for clues regarding what to do with the encapsulated leech.

Post preview:Made it to the lab. Got all my items over there too. Would have been nice if there was an inventory expansion somewhere around the halway point in this game. The constant item management has been a bit of a pain since I got the grenade launcher. I wonder if and what they'll do about this in the remake.
Oh, that's good to know. Though I had Billy use the grenade launcher and Rebecca use the molotovs anyways.

Yeah. If I played them enough to memorize everything about them I'd be running past everything too.

Post preview:Guess that's an option in almost all cases when it comes to survival horror games. It's not my style though. I like my rooms and hallways clean to explore and backtrack through in peace.
And woah at Rebecca not being able to play Piano. That's some nice character development I didn't expect in this series.

Post preview:Just walked through the door with the water symbol lock and encountered the first maggot zombie in a long time. I used Billy with the shotgun and had Rebecca set to shoot at it with her handgun. Both characters still suffered a good amount of damage.
Feels like I'm supposed to have the grenade launcher or molotov cocktails ready at all times just in case I run into these from now on. I don't think I like that. :/

Post preview:Played some Mario Tennis Ultra Smash with friends. As a casual multiplayer game, it's great with 4 people. The way the game plays semi-automatically weirds me out though. Not sure if I could enjoy it as much in single player mode.
The feature with the super mushrooms sucks though. The mushrooms show up all the time, and whenever a character obtains one, the camera cuts away from the court overview to a close-up of the character getting big, and shows the transformation for a few seconds before switching back the normal view. So it interrupts gameplay constantly and you'll have to memorize the game's state from right before the animation sequence started. It's super dumb. But you can just play classic mode that doesn't have that feature, so all's well!

Post preview:I don't know about failing college, but you're still only 22. Don't beat yourself up too much about it just yet. If you say you never managed to get shit done, that's because you never had any motivation to do so. I don't think many people slug through college for their own sake, just because they really want that degree. if Most people were disciplined, we'd be living in a different world. What makes people push through is wanting to fulfill another's expectations. It's often for their parents, some other family members or even the teaching staff at college or uni.
And didn't you say earlier about how you quit college to pick up at a later date? If you knew you were going to put that stuff off beforehand, it's no wonder that you couldn't be motivated to do anything.
