Post preview:I already got the font and button textures. Thanks for mentioning them!
Didn't think it was the hard drive that mattered for the HD textures. The game ran pretty badly for me when I tried them. Had I known before I could've installed the game on my SSD. :/
Post preview:Yeah the PC version looks good, even w/o any of the many optional HD textures people made for the game.
And it's really cool that you can screenshots. Bloodborne lets you do that too, but I didn't bother because I didn't and still don't don't own a memory stick to conveniently transfer them to my PC anyways.
Post preview:So I decided to play a Mage. I haven't played my obligatory female mage with rapier in DS yet, so that's the best run I could think of now without going for another challenge run (which I'm currently not interested in).
Unsurprisingly, online doesn't seem to be strong. It took me minutes to get summoned for the Gargoyles. On console that happens in seconds. Or at least used to.
Post preview:So that's still 2 presses. And probably not really doable with weapon switching because the game wouldn't know which hand w/o me clicking left or right
Post preview:I played all of those games back to back as well. Though I think I played a second character in both Dark Souls and Demon's Souls before I started playing Dark Souls II.
Post preview:At least I've never experienced a scenario where a company looked for a skill in a potential employee that they didn't point in their recruitment paper
Post preview:More or less. Some armors are pretty good for specific stuff, like the black leather and ninja sets have high poison resistance. but it's not like each and eery set has a specific strong point that makes it stand out. at least I think so.
