You should hold on to them, they don't give that many souls anways.
Doesn't the ascension screen of the giant smith show you all the weapons you can make with your boss souls by default? So ideally you can go and check what seems good and worth holding onto.
Does it? Maybe it does and I didn't notice, but I know for sure that there was only one that he could make for me at that time, even though I have a half dozen boss souls.
Well, it's possible that you need the required type of pre-upgrade weapon for it to be shown on the list. The system kinda sucks, yeah. I always end up consulting the wikis and spoiling myself in these games.........
Post preview:If you're into quick weapons, I recommend Katanas and / or Quelaags Fury Sword. Uchigatana: Basic katana weapon. Dropped by the emrchant in Lower Undead Burg when you kill him. Or can be bought from Shiva, who only spawns when you're in the Forest Guards (or whatever it was called) covenant. That's the one in the woods which you used to make the NPCs in there non hostile. Shiva shows up in the forst near the covenant leader NPC or down in Blighttown near the elevator later in game. Iaito: Does a bit less damage than the katana, but has a very quick strong attack. Can be found in Blighttown, on a platform where you have to jump onto from near the end of the pathway if you keep going straight after coming from The Depths. Chaos Blade: The strongest katana/quick weapon in the game, drains a bit of your health with each slash. Can be made from Quelaag's boss soul and any +10 katana iirc.
Quelaag's fury sword: Curved 1-handed sword. Is a bit slower than katanas iirc, but is still relatively quick and does a ton of fire damage. Very useful in multiple end game areas.
Both weapons you can make with Quelaag's soul gain additional damage for each soft humanity point you have up until 10.

Post preview:The dogs were my problem last night lol. They're kinda hard to hit with a rapier in the chaos of that fight. But I managed to win, even if it took me longer than it ever should have.
Post preview:Steadfast Conservate (12%). None of my answers made sense because choices were either too extreme, both valid depending on circumstances and sometimes I applied them to germany, sometimes to america.
Post preview:The giant throws the firebombs at specified locations, and not after you. Check the ground, it's all charred whe he throws them. Then you just need to adjust your timing and run past those places while he's grabbing the next bomb.
Post preview:The mimics are easy to spot visually btw...
You can also dispose of them by throwing a lloyd's something at them even if they're still closed.m if you have enough you could check every chest like that before opening it
Post preview:On my first playthrough I went straight into Blightdown after I beat the Gaping Dragon, assuming there'd be abonfire right around the corner. But there wasn't and I lost over 40k souls. That really frustrated me at the time lol
Post preview:You know, a bunch of soccermoms in a neighborhood meeting up after bringing their kids to school blaming all their problems on video games. It doesn't seem too far fetched to me. haven't seen the twitter, though.
Post preview:It would be hilarious if Nintendo released an unaltered version of Federation Force from what it was like when they showed it at E3 and put some kind of anniersary stamp on it.
