Yeah, but I don't want to play any other Silent Hill. They do not interest me. Shattered Memories does.
I hope it's not because Shattered Memories does not contain a shitty combat system.
Anyways, I've heard SM isn't even scary because you always know when enemies can approach and when they can't. You're prepared the entire time. That sounds just dumb to me.
4:40(this last segment) but adding all the other segements I did, this is a total of 49:01 right now
I see. Can't really judge on that, though. Thought you had done a full SR already and felt like comparing it with SDA's record.

Alundra. I forgot just how awesome this game could be. And how heart-wrenching it can be at times.
I loved that as a kid, but never beat it. I hope it'll get released on US PSN someday. D:
Shattered Memories? I heard that one's not too great. You guys better start off with Silent Hill, then play Silent Hill 2 and you might want to get SM afterwards.
For Griffon 3, DT'd Grenade Gun-rolling (shoot GG, immediately roll to cancel recoil, repeat) not only shaves off good health, but also dodges a couple of annoying attacks like the lightning curtains.
That's the strategy I know from the LP. I'm going to try it, hoping it'll do much more damage than I've seen on the DMD LP.
But Grenage Rolling is awesome. Saved my live in the well with the dozens of Blades. D:
Griffon, however, is posing much more of a threat, since spamming him with handgun bullets doesn't work anymore (that did insane damage to him on normal). And I'm not good at dodging his attacks at all.
Griffon 2? That's not a very good fight. You basically have to use an exploit to win unscathed (for some reason he loves repeating the dive bomb attack over and over depending on where Dante stands). I just resort to DT'd E&I spam from the top of the first mast in front of him.
Yeah that worked pretty well, thanks. What's next is the third fight, which is probably going to be somewhat harder since I probably can't deal lots of damage to him anymore.

Nelo 2 is great, though. You can trap him in a loop with Ifrit. :)
Really? I thought his patterns were completely random. :| But I beat him by strafing around him, dodging him and awaiting for openings anyways.
Post preview:So today was my chance to obtain a neat 50€ amazon card.
However I fucked up and wasted 90% of my ptz on getting the 3 chances to redeem all my remaining ptz. I thought they'd give me 3 chances to redeem something for the value of 350 ptz, so obviously, I can get something completely useless at best now (have 88ptz remaining, the amazon card was 100 or 150 I think).
Yeah the site spewed out that piece of information only after you had purchased the chance to participate. :p
Yeah seen that in the LP. Hadn't I seen that I'd still be thinking Nightmare would be impossible to beat without items on higher difficulties.
Still wasted quite a lot of yellow orbs on Nelo Angelo (2nd fight), because I'm too impatient and usually take a lot of risks taking damage, and totally forgot about the second healing orb in the lower part of the room.
But beating him was awesome. I totally fucked up the beginning of that try by having gotten hit a few times, but was still able to beat him by having dodged everything else. What got me at the beginning were the large forward-side swing (took risks by assuming he'd only do the stinger) and some sort of turning backhandkick .. totally didn't know about that attack and hadn't seen it coming at all.
Griffon, however, is posing much more of a threat, since spamming him with handgun bullets doesn't work anymore (that did insane damage to him on normal). And I'm not good at dodging his attacks at all.

are you viewing the message at all between these notifications?
No, because all of them hit my mail bag pretty much instantly at the same time. And yes, I checked, all simultaneous notifications have always been about message I had just gotten.
Post preview:Man. And I totally wanted to torture you guys. :(
That aside, Taiga just had sent 4 notification mails to me to notify me of 1! PM.
.. just now it were 6 mails for a single PM, while for an earlier PM I didn't get a single notification. But I assume this is because I was browsing in the PM's thread when it got posted.
Post preview:Be careful then. You can't load both US and EU store games on a single PSP, because the system links brought content with the account you purchased them with.
Just in case you didn't know (dunno if this is even the case with demos).
