Post preview:speedrunning and sequence breaking aside, I'm sure what toozin meant was the feeling of being utterly lost and having no idea where to go. sure that doesn't last after a few playthroughs, but don't you guys remember your first time having played super?
I understand what you are saying, ryu, but don't expect everybody to be like you are.
I said that mostly because I used to be annoyed by people not responding to my posts too, but grew accustomed to it as I started to hang out on message boards more often.
They have to use their own cash to finance their development, self-employment.
many don't even do it for a living, but just as a hobby. I've been working more or less on games since I've been 14 and never thought that would make me special and that I should call myself (indie) developer.
yeah you can't expect people on message boards to give a damn about every post you make. this escpecially goes for the social topics that are all about people posting random stuff and then getting back at each other or not.
best way to deal with people ignoring your posts is not giving a damn. you'll learn it happens all the time
It's noticeable that I tried to be here and there sharing my ideas and my stuff to actually be liked, it's human to actually do that.
Many people here have known each other for years now, so you can't just jump in here and expect to be considered part of the community by everybody from day 1 on.
Basically, just give it time and try to enjoy your stay regardless. Like poision said, it's not like people would dislike or ignore you.

lol, no. Obviously there are some people here and there that are good friends and have their talks outside of this forum, but you have these in pretty much every community.
Post preview:love is hard to grasp for about everyone because everyone experiences it differently, as well as a single entity may experience it in multiple way throughout its life.
what I can't stand are people that always talk about how important love is and stuff but obviously have no idea about it. the kind that do not realize humans always act for themselves in oen way or another and believe if they do something for somebody it's totally out of love, when in reality they just want to look at themselves and be able tot hink "wow I'm so full of love that makes me a better person than people w/o love".
