I need those 2 with 60hz and the PAL versions are 50hz-only. also can't get them on ebay, especially sh2 because of its age-rating

Happens to me all the time. I'm pretty awful at collecting my thoughts into something coherent when it comes to saying or typing it. The faster pace actually sort of helps in some odd way. Not as much time to over think it, I guess.
I'd say it helps increasing your abilities to quickly build sentences

As an educations student I can tell you it isn't far from the truth in schools.
No idea how it is in otehr countries, but over here teachers are strictly told what to teach their students. And the way it's build up there's not much to teach free thinking to the students.
