Post preview:Might have mentioned this before, but galaxy's fine camera and control wise.
No idea how they screwed that up in galaxy 2. I had a lot of issues there and hadn't even fully beaten the game.
maybe I just somehow changed my playstyle so that camera and control issues wre more likely to appear, so maybe ark's actually right.

Post preview:Isn't that part of what makes the game superior to Galaxy? I like my 3D games to be exploration based.

Post preview:lol yeah ... the gba doesn't exactly have many must buys, most games are still rather cheap and can be played on a DS lite.

just started donkey kong 64. got 8 golden bananas after roughly 120 minutes of play.
rare really can piss off. this game is basically B&K3 with donkey kong models/skins. they obviously didn't give a damn about the franchise.

Post preview:I remember to have had lots of fun with the Spyro games when I was a kid. Don't know for how much they go these days, but they might be the right thing if you're looking for something relaxing to play.

There are tons of games these days where you play some sort of character instead of a plane. You might want to check out Cave. Though I think not too many of their more recent games are available for mame.

Post preview:Well, then you have pretty much countless possibitlies. And countless annoyances as well, since you need to have the right mame version for each game. They won't all run on one version.
I recommend checking this out. It's what I used for getting started too. Most, if not all of these, should be available for mame as well.
