So thew new game may play much more like the first game did. Which may be reason to be hyped.

Post preview:What I've seen of MP:FF looked so bland and void of character, I don't see how it could do much in terms of sales and profit. Sure it's unlikely to not turn a profit, but what's it going to do to the Metroid brand name?
It might be true that NX is going to be console and handheld in one. Kinda looks like Nintendo is also about to stop supporting the 3DS, only making cheap and quick games to show off so people don't notice.

Post preview:Playing Metroid Prime. The triple bomb jump into blast furnace or whatever it was called took me forever to figure out how actually fit into the whole. Just getting up the spider ball track wasn't hard in comparison. :/
