Yikes. That Gradius level is rough. The references are awesome though! I gave up after I made it to the boss once though, the difficulty spike near the end didn't exactly incite me to keep trying. Especially since the stage is kinda boring up until that point when you knoew how to play. :/

Music block frustration aside
Was it that bad? I tried to make it so it wouldn't be too hard, and as such not frustrating.

Maybe this was one of the hard levels you mentioned.
Yeah. DD2 is pretty easy though, and DD3 is the very hard one.
Post preview:Great level! I figured out the recommened order on my own and played it like that. Didn't find any issues witht he stage. Really liked the room puzzles and the bosses. Especially the second one was really neat.
I uploaded two new stages today. One's difficult, one's bullshit-level-difficult but has a mechanic to make it a bit less frustrating. If you get to play them, please let me know what you think.
Has anyone been playing Triforce Heroes? How is it?
Just got input from friends who played it yesterday. Apparently the game isn't much fun on your own, local multiplayer is fun but one of my friends found the stacking gimmick annoying. Online multiplayer doesn't sound fun since people apparently tend to just leave midgame.
Post preview:Oh that's not what I was thinking of. Thought you were talking about the feature that changes the look of the gamepad picture slightly. I think it's also a power-save setting
Post preview:Is this your first time playing? I did the jumping on the Imprisoned's head thing too eventually. Thought it was something everyone would figure out on their own. But then I played the game 3 times in a row so maybe I only learned thagt trick on my second or third playthrough.
Post preview:Do you purchase all your games digitally? Or are even indie games only released digitally so large in byte-size that you need an external HD to store more than a couple of them?
Nice purchases regardless of that. Nintendo made the battery slot like that on purpose to cash in on sales from separate batteries and to lower console production cost. I don't see myself ever upgrading the battery since I have an outlet just next to where I sit when I play games on the big screen. So the charger's cable doesn't bother me much.
