forgot the name of the room but you dont actualyl need to fight the space ghosts, all u need to do is collect the visor, use a power bomb, collect the artifact, and head back toward the visor area. Now, you see that rock, there is a small small, and i mean small, spot where u can stand on. It takes some time to get used to jumping on it but you can jump back to the ledge you came from, on the rock.
