I think Brain Damage/Eclipse is my favorite part of the album, but it's so evenly good that it's pretty hard to decide. The guitar solo on Time is a thing of legend too. Easily one of my 10 favorite albums.
oh so I guess there's a new sub-genre of dubstep called "bro-step". god damn, it's like they want normal people to think dubstep is retarded or something. It's bad enough that 75% is generic whubwhub bullshit, kind of like how 90% of house and techno in general is generic looped bloops and beeps. I don't think it will be possible for someone to hear "Yeah dude I was listening to some bro-step earlier, it's really good!" and be able to take the person seriously.
Really depends on what part of the south the person's coming from, like not even specific states but parts of states it seems like. Parts of Louisiana and Florida are completely unintelligible I'm told.
Quote from Poision Envy:
I love how country it sounds but actually good. Probably because it doesn't have some texan dickwad screeching vocals.
Feels like it dropped out of a Western, yeah. Country's often similar but replaces sound good with redneck bitching about stupid shit only rednecks care about.
