The arrow rating system is on a scale of 5. 5 is the highest possible score, but can go infinately negative. The symbols are as follows:
Arrow - worth 1 arrow
Exclamation - worth half of an arrow
Question - worth -1 arrow
Evil or Very Mad - I hate you and everything you represent
