Just finished this. 1:22 66%

One word to describe this hack: FUN

In the end i never found screw attack, varia, speed booster, xray

The map layout was made of win. I haven't had this much fun just exploring and finding hidden tunnels and items without all this pressure to survive since SFI. I'll be playing this one again and again.

Not only did I not find xray, SB, varia, or SA, I also don't recall seeing crocomire or kraid. Were they there and I can't remember because I was having so much fun?

100%, I tried hiding x-ray and SA very well, for crocomire/SA and SB go to the first SM spot, look around there.

Anyways, here is my first playthrough, collecting 66% of items in :51 minutes for anybody that is stuck. Great hack, loved the Tourian entrance and the general flow of this game. Color palletes were easy on the eye. Def. would not mind more work from this author. I had like 1 second left on the escape timer, I was trying to get all the items I could, and ended up having to slow down and put armpumping on to make it with all the items. Greed = win.

Possibly unintentional item collection:

I was able to get the Wave Beam with nothing else but the Gravity Suit, although it looks like you meant it to require Grapple Beam.

A running jump off the upper-most platform in the room that contains the beam is enough to land on the platform with the Chozo statue.

Was a pretty fun half hack, though I felt over powered throughout the entire game, items were littered everywhere. It seemed like it would be easy to go in many different directions. My boss order gave me some powerful items early and made the rest a breeze. There were a couple graphical glitches, like returning to the morphball room, but nothing hideous. Exploration was pretty fun, a lot of times there tend to be passages with little or no hints, but I didn't find myself stuck in any situation like that.

Edit: just read some posts, I spent a long time looking for Kraid before returning to the tourian entrance, that was a little frustrating. I never found space jump (well I found it, never got it), or screw attack. Found every boss/minboss but kraid.

I was going to make grapple forced, but decided not to, make people happy to find sequence breaks lol.

Also gotten without Gravity, as I found in my playthrough. >.<

I also just noticed that the missle pack seems to be gotten twice in my playthrough, before and after Phantoon, intentional? haha

Um. so ok. Very fun hack. Beat it with 69% in 1:05.

Lot's of questions though. Along with a pic to show my inventory during the mother brain fight.

Where were:

nice find, but no it wasn't intentional, I got a few minor things fixed along with that, made the escape timer 2:00, just because 3:00 seemed to easy.

Hey, excellent hack so far, i find the pallet changes to be tasteful, but i did find one bad background, if you enter the room where you get morphball after criteria is awake the background is well see pic...
but this is really fun so far, ill prolly stay up until i beat it!

I've found both X-ray and screw attack, and in terms of suit upgrades I'm only missing wave and spazer. Currently I'm trying to figure out how to unlock this brinstar door.

So far it's been a very fun hack. I like the new palettes and the quick pace of exploration is great. More detailed thoughts will come once I finish.

Wow, both X-ray and Screw Attack found, I thought no one would find them for awhile. laugh new

And if your talking about the gray door in the purple/black brinstar, that door never unlocks, had it set for Spore Spawns death to activate it, I couldn't get it to work though.

Then you have to head back to Brinstar and find Spore Spawn. I had each of those rooms unlock after each boss, for Brinstar it had to be Spore Spawn.
