This is my new addition to the category of one room hacks.  Thanks to DMantra for his inspiring 'One Room Hack'.

The hack ends - and you win - once you find the X-ray Scope.

I think my hack is essentially finished, but of course I don't try things that I don't think to try - so that's where I need your help.  In particular, are any items skip-able? e.g. I'm pretty sure you could skip High Jump using IBJ.  Since this is still a beta, be sure to use plenty of save-states.
EDIT: This hack is finished.  Only major bugs will be fixed at this point.  Thanks to everyone who helped me test!

Skills needed:
-mid-air morph or IBJ
-single-wall wall jump or IBJ
-mock ball
-speed mockball
-crouch-jump for extra height
-easy short charge
(let me know if I missed any)

Total items: 19

Other notes:
-The boulders are insta-death (Do not touch! Unless...)
-There are hidden crumbling grapple blocks, but their presence is always hinted at.
-Most items look like other items.  This is caused by having too many items in one room.
-You can refill your energy and items at the "save station" you start at.  Enter it just as you would Samus' ship.  (It actually is the ship.)

You know whats really funny? After reading Dmantra's post, I still got stuck there.

It looked good, but I agree with Dmantra. There needs to be more energy for a certain shinespark. Also, I got charge beam early (i think).

Also, you can resupply at the starting point (the ship is still there, it's just invisible).

Thanks for the find, but I think you can escape by a combination of jumping and morphing.  If fixed it anyway.

Hopefully you can no longer shinespark to the Charge Beam (but I'm not good with tricky shinesparking, so it might still be possible).

I also fixed a few places where you can get stuck.

The design of this hack uses nuances as hints. You're suppose to be on the wrong side of the gate, but you're in the right area.
