At the very least he'd be able to upload the run to archive.org.

coral to complement blue
Yeah, it's just that I (and probably many other people on the site) have come to think of RBO as a category instead of a challenge or novelty thing. Perhaps my question would have been better without the 'even'.

Yeah BlueGlass, it would be the first ever recorded RBO played on console. I'm sure many people would certainly be interested to see this run, no matter whether it get's published on SDA or not (even though I don't see a reason why it shouldn't, being such a entertaining and special run). I will in any case look forward for it if you decide to do one.

Oh and btw, OmegaSneaky actually recorded a RBO with 1:03 completion for YouTube, though I'm not sure whether it was really played without any tool-assistance at all. The completion time is excellent at least. Maybe it can be of help to plan out the route for your run, so don't forget to check it out.

the problem with allowing it as a category is that by extension all kinds of categories are allowed in other games. however mike and/or enhasa may have something else to say, so you'll want to talk with them.

Quote from BlueGlass:

I was planning on doing the first (AFAIK) console-preformed, recorded suitless/RBO run.  Not too sure about the 100% segmented.  Maybe someday, but not right now.

I beat you to that a long time ago man.

You did?  IIRC, and your youtube videos verify it, your RBO was done on emu.

Yeah. I've done it on console, I haven't had a way to record it from console until recently though.
