PAL VERSION
http://rapidshare.de/files/7650763/spawn_it_up.zip.html

Try it on NTSC if you wish. IT is a rather difficult 'speed' trick to pull off. I have not tried spore-spawns first opening (low to ground) and am not sure its even supposed to work. At the point I save state'd He only need 2 s-missiles to finish him (takes 4).

sorry for ZSNES I guess >_<

I'm sorry, I can't watch it.  What do you to poor old sporey?  Launch multiple missiles at him?  I've known that for years.

You mean that's all it was? I couldn't get it to work. I knew you could fire more than one missile at a time, but how many can you do at once? I always did two.

I can do two reliablely but can sometimes pull off three.

So is that is what video is?

Embarrasing Fact: Power suit made by lowest bidder
He kills him with two super missiles in one go. Spore Spawn is half dead at the start of the movie though. I'm guessing from his post that he had already used two super missiles previously, but it's a bit hard to understand him. >_>

But... if you already mockballed the SMs, why would you want to fight him? You can just Crystal Flash your way to his SMs.

I don't think Hypnotix is claiming this is useful -- notice he called it a "speed" trick, in quotes.  But it doesn't have to be useful to be nifty.

Crystal Flash requires powerbombs as well. If you can't get the bombs, then the trick helps.

Chances are good he's on emulator and sticky keys prevents him from doing it.  I could never get the Crystal Flash to work, either...  Then I got my hands on a keyboard from loooooooooong ago.  A keyboard from the days before there was such a thing as an internet.  Plugged it in, and alas!  The God-knows-what-the-flickerbat-they-do sticky keys feature wasn't on that keyboard.  So I could crystal flash.  Yay!

All of the buttons on my controller can be pressed and read at the same time on my emu.

Dark SA-X, I'm using the console. And my controller setup prevents me from having a aim down assigned to a button therefore I cannot do the CF.

P.S. To those who remember me from before. Pretty glad I've cleared up my grammar aren't you.

How do you run out of buttons? Or do you have one thing on multiple buttons? Can you even do that?

Probably he has it set up so that aim down has to be on Select.  Which doesn't make a lot of sense, and is certainly remediable.

I thought I read somewhere that aim up/aim down can *only* be L and R, so if you reassign those buttons you give up that button's aim function entirely.  That's a somewhat vague memory, though.

I can see why you would want to redo the four main buttons, but I never had a problem with the R/L aiming system. I still find myself pressing R to aim up on Fusion and ZM sometimes.

I use an emu for SM, so I should be able to do Crystal Flash.

I have a pretty hard time aiming diagonally with the d-pad, so I always use L and R for that.  I did not appreciate having to press L and down to aim down in Fusion and ZM rather than having a dedicated button.

However, I can definitely see reassigning one or both if you want to be able to hit jump, dash, and shoot simultaneously without breaking your fingers.  I really should play around with button reassignments sometimes.

I wasn't aware that that was a difficult move to pull off on console...
