this makes me laugh, why the c-stick? you have more fingers than just your left thumb to change the visor. Things like changing the y axis inversion for certain spots makes more sense than changing the beams/visors. A good trick with the c-stick for places where you need rapid fire missiles is to pause and reset the c-stick to be pushing up constantly so you just focus on hitting the missile button as fast as you can. I use it against the parasite queen for example. Then during the cutscene you can flip it back to normal if you like.

Luckily, you don't usually have to be moving much when you rapid fire missles. That's why I just use my left hand to hold c-up and my right hand to mash Y. It works just as well as any other method I've found, it just takes a little extra coordination.
sadly zoid's sjf segment can easily be beaten if your second and third dashes and like sparky's test segments. You don't need to do anything that special either. Watch the part of craztad's 22% segments where he does space jump first. He beats zoid's time by just over half a second on that particular segment.

Second is semi new, the first trick is recent but there is a quicker way to climb it after that ghetto.
Third is VERY new. I'll probably use this in my next segment.

Is it generally known that when fighting ghosts if you shoot one, then run into the ghost they appear quickly right next to you ;as opposed to far off in the distance?

It was just an oversight I'm sure. Though it is hands down the best site for prime tricks, 2k2 is super outdated IMO. There are missing techniques, obsolete techniques, and even the descriptions could use a revamp. I don't consider this to be anyone's fault just an unfortunate reality. The necessary updates would take months of fact checking, forum scouring, video recording, and uploading.

On a different matter: I never got the hang of the wallcrawl so it's time to bust that fucking nut once and for all, if I'll so bust a nut in the process! I got the hang och the crawling part, that's not a problem anymore. What's not working for me is the unmorphing at the top. I never get it right and I don't understand what I'm doing wrong, it's very frustrating.

Quarantine cave M-expansion speedtrick on PAL. Using sheegoth dash 
This one is very hard. I first time managed make it. Iowa already told me it is possible use sheegoth dash and take this expansion and i´ll trying it alot, but not luck. Today i managed make it twice and as far as i know there is no any video about this. Craztad already make vid his US-versio method take this expansion using scan dash.

First: it's quicker by a bit to combat dash of the back right skree onto the platforms to the left, then just jump to the bit of debris then to the top of the room
