Part of the beat on the first one reminds me of Super Metroid XD. Well I guess more people will find out about TAS speed runs while browsing youtube lol.

Wasn't pointing that to you. JaggerC wrote 3 questions without question marks.
But I mean what I'm going to say... I really really liked the ending in this video! With Ridley's eyes glowing in the dark and Samus preparing for the ultimate fight and all. It really got me. Seemed just so heroic when the screen turned black.
more? cool, I plan on grabbing scenes from the entire speed run, it takes a couple hours to make these clips, windows movie maker is so slow, and timing stuff with the music is quite tedious. still fun tho :)

What file type are you using? If it's not .wmv that's most likely the problem.
how is it possible to make a shiny on such a short way? i stuck now at the entrace to draygon ( i hope its the dragon from the beginning ) but i cant get a shiny to get into the world..
i have now gravity, wave, spazer , ice , charge, 25 missiles , 10 from the second and 5 from the third one...
First off, there's a help topic at the top of this page. Please use it instead of dropping your questions into random topics.
Regarding the quick shiny: There is a small glitch in the game that lets you charge a shinespark (I think that's what you mean by shiny) in a shorter distance by walking a couple of steps and then starting to run. You don't ever actually have to use this glitch in the normal game (or even any shinespark!), so just look for a different solution.
From where I think you are (the rooms with the small metroids), you should be able to just go straight through without trouble. You didn't list the Grapple Beam in your items, so just walljump if you run into any problems.
Finally, if you have Gravity, you should already have the Varia Suit.

iirc that's a tool-assisted trick that is impossible to do on console.
Well as a matter of fact, the trick itself isn't impossible on console, but doing it frame perfect is. I've actually found a way to do the super short charge very near to TAS shortness. :P
